Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the value of your order. Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage. Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the carrier for more information on retrieving your package at the correct address or arranging for the package to be held for pickup. This process can incur additional fees from the carriers.
Hempower is NOT responsible for shipping issues resulting from user errors during sign-up or for packages that are lost / stolen during transit. Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If your order is lost / stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to Hempower for a replacement.
If you are not happy with your Hempower purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your items within 10 days of the delivery date. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags and must be shipped back with the same level of care that they were originally received in. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges which will be deducted from the refund price if we provide you a pre-paid return shipping label. If we do not provide you a pre-paid return label, you will be responsible for providing us with the tracking information for your return.
We only accept returns from purchases made on hempower.com. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
